Salt and Light Training

Do You Feel Called or a longing to do more?

Do you like travel, culture, and helping others?

Are you unsure and just need a new direction in life?

We provide both basic Global missions training and advanced training for the most dark, dangerous, and difficult places.

Salt and Light Group provides training and consultation to both individuals and organizations who are involved in global operations regarding missions, humanitarian aid, and international development.

This training is designed for international travelers and workers, long term expatriates, in-country field offices and field sites, and all leaders in the decision-making process.

We focus on the human element of decision making and cross-cultural communications while also addressing and mitigating the technology and cyber elements involved in risk mitigation operations around the world.

We assist you in identifying and mitigating risks in your particular area or field and recommend evidence-based, up-to-date solutions based on real-world analytical data and best practices from the field level. We assist in pre-mission planning, training, risk policies and strategy, and even on the ground mentorship.

Our training is based on the adult learning model and uses both class room discussion and exercise roleplaying in controlled environments to produce stress inoculation and situational awareness required for workers in the field.  We focus on ethical decision making and risk mitigation while still accomplishing your overall objectives.
